The weather is just lovely today, here on the Mountain! There was a soft breeze blowing the whole time I was doing the goat chores. 💙
Here’s some pics of the Keto Peanut Butter cookies I made yesterday… I’m not real good at food photography, but it’s a lot of fun to try and set up/ capture. (That’s Hawaiian coffee, it’s really good!)
I wanted to make something else, but we didn’t have any almond flour in the house. So I opted for a flourless dessert instead.
I made the dinner too… It was Turmeric chicken, stir fried green beans, olive oiled squash from the garden, and a Greek summer salad with veggies from the garden. 😊
The cookies look great! I want one! Me and hubby have doing Ketovore, so desserts are limited. Cute ring! 💜

DeleteThose cookies look and sound amazing!!! Emma tried making peanut butter cookies without flour one time when mom was gone because mom is allergic to peanuts which she was not allergic to until she had Amos which is funny because out of the kids he loves peanut butter the most and makes the best peanut butter fudge.🩷🥜Emma’s cookies were not very good though because she got the recipe off line.
