“Save the gourds!” ( Good news, and bad news…)
I’m certainly not picking on Jonah, you guys. I know he got everything straight later, and had many regrets. But the reason his mistakes are in the Bible, is so we can learn what NOT to do! So, be admonished by Jonah, and do the right thing- the first time! ⚔️
On another note… I went to Tractor supply yesterday all geared up to buy that special jacket. It was even 25% off!!
But, unfortunately, when I tried it on, it was just too short on the stomach for my tall self. 😢 And I still considered getting it, but Hope and Faith refused to let me because they said it did not look right. And I am glad they were there to convince me otherwise, before I went ahead and wasted my hard earned money. So, I think I’m gonna do what you said, Emily, and invest in a nice North Face jacket instead. 🙂
But hey, at least I got some good conversation out of you all! 😊

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the jacket. Let me know how the North Face turns out cause I was eyeing a jacket of that brand one day. I really hardly get any clothes that are name brand. Except Skechers shoes and that's because I was able to make payments and it makes a difference with my painful feet to wear quality shoes. (And, when I lose weight they will still fit me 😅)
