You change when you get older…

It’s definitely true that you change your mind about a lot of things as the years go by.

I remember when I was 20 years old, talking to a friend, I told her how I wanted my wedding to go, where I wanted my Honeymoon to be, and what kind of guy I wanted to marry.

But now, I’m like, I don't need some super fancy, overly expensive wedding, and it doesn't matter where my Honeymoon is, even if we just camped under the stars it would be absolutely lovely - just to be with him.

I don't need some long, drawn - out list of what my man has to be, because God Knows all the details.

Whoever he is, he will be perfection to ME, and that's all that matters.

I recall memories as a teen thinking, why would any woman want a guy to have a beard?

But now, I think beards are awesome on guys.

Actually, I highly prefer them; in my opinion, they are far more masculine and attractive.

It's funny how you can change on so much.

(I just mean like close kept, trimmed beards...)

Of course, there are many things that I'll never change my mind on, but just some random thoughts for today. Sorry y'all put up with me! 😁

    God’s timing is always perfect.
You know, I don’t think I’ve changed my mind over the years much! Haha!
All my life I dreamed of some guyish cowboy. Ha.
    But who knows?
I don’t wanna make decisions, because it’s up to God. 💙
But it is true that the only thing that matters most in a relationship is that you have each other. And that alone is enough. ❤️

    1. True! You have always said that! Yes, some things I definitely haven’t changed my mind on. Like, how I do not care for city slick guys that just want to sit in the AC all day, and don’t know how to do anything. And I definitely don’t care for ridiculously wealthy guys. Totally not cute.

  2. 🩵 Yes, so true. It comes as a bit of a shock to realise that God really does know us better than we know ourselves. 😊

  5. Very true and I can relate.

I've always thought men looked better with beards. I even made my little characters have beards as a kid.
I can't wait to see if Ezekiel has a nice beard too 😍
