Perhaps it's a little mean but when I see a guy jogging down the street I put on that dumb voice (you know the one) and pretend to be him like "look at me, I'm so hot aren't I? I love attention!" (Or something dumb like that, lol) or say something like "that poor man forgot his shirt today" That's how I cope with my annoyance, lol.
