About to make Goat’s milk Kefir!

 


So, I’m about to make Kefir with our Goat’s milk. 🙂 

Does anyone have any advice or tips on how I should go about it? Have any of you guys made Kefir before?

    I’ve done it some but mama does it most! Lol! 😅
    I know you never are to cover your kefir with a coffee filter and rubber band like some goofy people say to do! Instead use a plastic lid. It will keep out unwanted bacteria and yeast. You guys should consider getting a fermentation heating pad.

  2. My Aunt makes Kefir, I think she uses the kombucha mat. And I know that it’s different to use raw milk. And I don’t think ultra pasteurized is acceptable. 🙂 Hope this helps!
